Why this holding company exists.

Saint Core Holdings was founded in 2024 by Solomon Amoah in Chicago. The company exists because the tools that run professional work — tax preparation, clinical study, home ownership — are either built for a decade ago or built for nobody in particular.

Holding companies usually begin with capital and a spreadsheet. Saint Core began with an opinion: that software for working people deserves the same care that enterprise software reserves for Fortune 500 buyers. The tools a tax firm uses in April should feel as considered as the tools a Wall Street desk uses in March.

We fund our own work. We don't take outside capital. We don't spin up a product unless we'd use it daily. And we stay responsible for the outcome — the schema, the interface, the support queue, the infrastructure. All of it.

How we work.

We build a small number of platforms and keep them running. No exits, no flips, no pivots-of-the-quarter. Every product in the portfolio has a long life planned, because the customers we serve have long problems.

We prefer depth over breadth: one vertical, done to the edges, beats five half-built SaaS. We prefer workflow over features: buying someone's Tuesday back is worth more than a forty-item comparison matrix. We prefer owning the stack: from the database to the support call, we'd rather ship the whole experience than integrate someone else's half of it.

These preferences have names. We call them the operating thesis and they decide every bet we make.

Saint Core Holdings is registered in Cook County, Illinois and headquartered in Chicago. The city shapes the pace — Chicago builds things that matter without pretending to reinvent the category. We try to do the same.
