The premise
Shopping online was supposed to be a single, obvious experience. Twenty-five years in, it's seven apps, twelve email threads, and a receipt you can never find when you need it. ShopOS is the universal shopping layer that was always going to exist — one cart, every store, one tap.
The problem
The average American shops across seven or more stores online. Receipts are buried in email. Purchase history is scattered across a dozen apps. Warranties get forgotten. Subscriptions bleed money. Tax deductions get lost. And when a buyer wants something they can't quite name — a part, a replacement, a thing they saw once — they're on their own.
Existing products solve slivers of this: Amazon is a walled garden, Shop is Shopify-only, Google Shopping is search without a cart, Honey is coupons. Nobody has built the whole thing end-to-end — because until the agentic checkout protocols shipped, nobody could.
The approach
ShopOS is the first consumer app to unify the four agentic-commerce rails — Google UCP, Stripe ACP, Visa TAP, and Mastercard Agent Pay — into a single checkout. The cart routes each item to the best available protocol, with a smart-redirect fallback so every store on earth works, even the ones not yet on a protocol.

- Universal purchase history. Every store, every receipt, captured automatically — forever.
- Global one-tap store. Buy from any retailer in 74 countries without leaving the app.
- Visual AI search. Text, live camera, photo upload, or screenshot — find what you mean, not just what you can spell.
- Live shopping assistant. A conversational AI that knows your entire purchase history and helps you decide.
- Custom wake word. "Hey ShopOS" — fully customizable, on-device, privacy-first. Plus Google Assistant and Alexa integration.
- Receipt vault. Every receipt stored in full, with line-item search and category breakdowns.
- Annual tax report. A complete spending document that integrates directly with SaintCoreTax.
- AI intelligence layer. Reorder predictions, price alerts, warranty tracking, recall alerts, counterfeit detection, and a carbon-footprint view.
- Household & community. Family mode, kids tracker, gift tracker, and a community for deal sharing.
- Three-source purchase detection. UCP/ACP webhooks, email parsing, and bank sync — so nothing is ever missed, including purchases made outside the app.
Who it's for
Consumers who shop online. That's 230 million people in the US alone, and the market that opens when a truly universal cart exists is larger than the sum of every retailer's app store today.
Why Saint Core is building this
The agentic-checkout rails landed in 2025 and 2026 and nobody has put them together in a consumer product yet. ShopOS is a deliberate reuse of the Saint Core operating standard — a messaging-native, AI-mediated, multi-tenant system — applied to the largest consumer surface on the internet. The integration with SaintCoreTax means the annual-tax report isn't a feature; it's a product that already has a distribution channel.
